| Information from AMBergh: | (5) The information was fast and very good. I also got some orientations about russian culture, which are very valuable to provide a good integration in the family. AMBergh gave me some words to ask for a train ticket in russian - which is wonderful for someone who didn't speak russian at all- and a lot of information and links of interest on how to reach Petrozavodsk. Everything was specified, including names of administrators in PetrSu University, addresses, days and times to meet them. |
| Meeting at the airport, bus or railway station: | (5) I was met by a person from the University and by a member of my hosting family at the time. |
| Reception at the university: | (5) The University has taken care of us from the very beginning and even provided us of a free guide for tours by the town and a dormitory in Saint Petersburg with a reccomendation letter, when we told them we were going there on a weekend trip. |

| Accommodation: | (5) My family was excellent, they made me feel really fine and they treated me as a real member of their family. I'm very grateful to their amazing hospitality. |
| What would you like to improve? | The University changed my address in the last minute and when I reached Petrozavodsk I was surprised not to go where the University said. My case was lost by the air company on arriving Helsinki and I noticed I had given Finnair a wrong address to send it to. Fortunately, the case appeared before departuring from Helsinki. Because otherwise, it could have been a much bigger problem. |
| How did you find out about AMBergh? | I was searching in Internet someone who organised or managed russian courses in Russia and I contacted. |
| Reason for your studies: | I just wanted to learn another language and I was interested in Russian culture. |
| Comentarios: | Payments to AMBergh were a very comfortable thing as I didn't have to do it by cash on arrival. |
